A New Blog for 2019, from the numerous imposing granite tors and ancient woods, to the vast rolling landscapes and the windswept livestock and world famous ponies. Dartmoor has something for everyone from gentle slopes easily accessible to all from the road, to more challenging hikes , deep into it’s barren landscapes, where the modern world will seem a million miles away. However danger lurks for those not fully prepared, as the landscape and its weather is forever changing.
